Kayla Bailey

Raised in Ventura County, Kayla earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music right here at California Lutheran University! While attending Cal Lutheran, Kayla had the honor of performing at Carnegie Hall in New York with the University Choir as a featured soloist in Haydn’s Missa Brevis.

Kayla went on to earn her Masters Degree in Vocal Arts at Cal State University Northridge, where she portrayed Norina in Massenet’s Cendrillon and Adele in Strauss’ Die Fledermaus.

Kayla then set sail on the high seas as a performer for Silversea Cruises. Part of a cast of six voices, Kayla performed in a series of classical, pop, Motown, and musical theatre concerts aboard the Silver Wind, stationed in the Mediterranean Sea.

Kayla currently resides in Woodland Hills, where she serves as Music Director for Class Act Musical Theatre, a program for children ages 6-12, and teaches private voice lessons in multiple locations throughout Ventura County. She also serves as a music specialist for Los Cerritos Middle School, a vocal consultant for Oaks Christian School, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Los Robles Children’s Choir. Kayla can also be seen singing in the Los Robles Master Chorale, and various churches throughout the community!
